FRANKFURTa292; Sept. 8 (Xinhua) -- The European Central Bank (EC decided to take no further action on its monetary policy for the euro area on Thursdaya292; leaving the key interest rates unchanged and extending the monthly asset purchase of 80 billion euros (90 billion U.S. dollars) until the end of March next year.
ECB President Mario Draghi said at a press conference here that the question of the extension of the Asset Purchase Programme -- also known as Quantitative Easing (QE) -- had not been discussed at the governing council meeting on Thursday.
"For the time beinga292; the changes are not so substantial to warrant a decision to acta292;" he said.
Draghi emphasized that the monetary policy adopted by the ECB turned out to be fully effectivea292; seeing that credit had been growing constantly within the euro area since 2014a292; the financial fragmentation was overa292; and shocks to the eurozone economy had been effectively addressed at the beginning of this year.
"Transmission of monetary policy has never worked better than it does todaya292;" he added.
In additiona292; the ECB revised the GDP growth forecast of the euro area slightly upwards to 1.7 percent for 2016a292; while lowering the growth forecast by 0.1 percentage point to 1.6 percent for both 2017 and 2018a292; according to the latest ECB staff macroeconomic projections.
Meanwhilea292; the outlook for the eurozone annual inflation rates for the coming years remained broadly unchanged.
"We continue to expect real GDP to grow at a moderate but steady pace and euro area inflation to rise gradually over the coming monthsa292;" said the head of the ECB.
Shanghai's legislators are urging new rules for the management of pre-school education to better protect young children Nike Air Force 1 Off White , particularly those under 3.

The proposal by Zhu Ziqiang, a deputy with the Fengxian delegation of the Shanghai People’s Congress, and another 27 lawmakers, follows two widely publicized child abuse cases in kindergartens in Shanghai and Beijing.

A proposal submitted to congress by Xie Chunyi and another 14 lawmakers from the Hongkou District delegation said there should be a special supervision program to protect children's rights.

“So far, our country’s law on minors' protection just concerns sexual assault on pre-school girls but there are no legal rules for pre-school boys,” said Xie.
He added that the determination of child abuse was not very clear.

Zhou Xingzeng, of the Pudong New Area delegation, called for more male kindergarten teachers, to ensure a balanced influence from both men and women for young children.
